Telekom is a leading global telecommunications company providing mobile and fixed-line services, internet solutions, and digital innovations for both private and corporate customers. Telekom has recently expanded into the proxy solutions market, introducing a new line of enterprise-grade services. As a leading technology provider, Telekom offer secure, high-performance, and scalable proxy servers for businesses worldwide.
My role
My main goal was to design the MVP based on the company’s existing functionality, with only 8 weeks to complete the project. I had to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and efficient UI that aligns with the brand’s vision while maintaining a seamless user experience. By focusing on usability, scalability, and clarity, I ensured that the MVP effectively showcased the core features of the new proxy service within the given timeframe.
User Flow
Before starting the design process, I mapped out user flows for key actions: login and sign-up, subscription purchase, proxy setup, and onboarding. These flows help me better understand user goals and determine the optimal number of steps needed to complete each task with minimal effort, time, and cognitive load.
Dashboard
The purpose of this dashboard is to provide users with a clear overview of their remaining traffic and ports, enable traffic sharing from their subscription, and track traffic consumption for each sub-account. Additionally, it notifies users when their traffic is running low. Traffic usage statistics are displayed as a line chart, allowing users to select a specific time period and filter data by traffic type, as well as incoming and outgoing traffic.
Proxy list
Designing this section came with several challenges. There are two distinct types of customers using proxy settings. Some only need a login, password, and port, while others require more advanced options, such as selecting proxies from a specific country or even generating an entire proxy list.

To accommodate both user groups, we divided the page into two tabs: Quick Access and Export Proxy List. Both tabs include a country filter, but Quick Access is designed with a minimal number of controls, making it easy for beginners to navigate. For more advanced users, Export Proxy List offers extended customization options to fine-tune their proxy selection.
Finance
When selecting a subscription, customers need to choose the right plan or customize their own with confidence. To support this decision-making process, we added a comparison table alongside the standard pricing plan cards. This table highlights key differences between plans and provides guidance on which subscription best suits different use cases.
