Quill lets anyone build, brand, and sell their own AI chat, with no code. The idea is simple: train it on real expertise, not generic data, so every answer comes from a real professional. Coaches, lawyers, and teachers can turn what they know into a product.
Role & Research
As Senior Product Designer, I shaped where creators train, design, and launch their AI assistants. They aren't developers but coaches, lawyers, and teachers, so the flow had to feel like a conversation, not a tutorial. We interviewed 8 creators and surveyed over 250 entrepreneurs. We found that:

kept their knowledge in static files like slides, PDFs, and Notion pages.

wanted to turn their expertise into a product but didn't know where to start.

said they would pay for a tool that turned their content into something interactive for clients.

Visual System
Calm and clear: little color, lots of space, strong type. Because creators come from every field, the UI stays neutral, a plain frame that lets each brand stand out through its own colors and logo. The layout is modular, so it works the same for a fitness coach or a lawyer and keeps its consistency.
Outcome
In two months, over 1,000 creators joined. Setup time fell from 20 to 7 minutes, NPS hit +58, and 72% would recommend it. Early favorites:
